How long does it take to receive my eSIM?
After your purchase is confirmed, we will process your order as quickly as possible. Your eSIM details and installation instructions will be emailed to you. Typically, this is done within a few minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours in some cases.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you haven't installed your eSIM yet: ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We also refund or replace eSIMs that don't work because of a problem on our side. Read our Refund Policy.
